工艺流程(产品认证) This scheme involves safety and performance of products in accordance to the national and international standards. Certificate of Conformity will be issued once products meet the required standards.

新加坡消防安全 & Shelter Department (“FSSD”) regulated products are specified in the list of products under STS-PLS 方案类型二, 方案类型5和方案类型1b.

方案类型五

此PLS系统标题为证书 and “STS Listed” mark. 方案类型五 scheme consists of Type Test representative of a sample of production, inspection of factory quality management system (to ISO 9001) and routine surveillance of the management system and samples of the product, 如果需要的话, 市场监测. Depending on the relevant authority’s requirement, the “STS Listed” marks are by label issued by STS or by printing of label on products by the applicant. Due to their nature, some products will be issued with Declaration of Compliance instead of label.

此PLS系统标题为证书 and “STS Listed” mark. 方案类型1b scheme consists of Type Test representative of a sample of production and subsequent batch inspection/testing. The “STS Listed” marks are by label issued by STS. The labels are issued according to the size of the batch and upon condition that the batch has passed the batch testing /inspection. Due to their nature, some products will be issued with Declaration of Compliance instead of label.

工艺流程(管理系统)

The certification audit will comprise a two-stage audit as:

• 阶段1. Readiness Review and on-site system audit.
• 第二阶段. 现场认证审核

(Please note that 阶段1 Readiness Review and on-site system audit is not a Preliminary Assessment)

Surveillance on-site audits shall be conducted once a year subsequently for 2 years together with the existing scope. The date of 1st surveillance audit following the initial certification audit shall not be more than 12 months from last date of 第二阶段 Audit.

The Recertification or Renewal audit in the 3rd year is carried out prior to the expiration of the certification.

At any time prior to recertification audits, special audit may deem necessary if there are significant changes to the Client, 管理系统, or the context in which the management system is operating.
