About Element Wednesbury
Wednesbury is our European Centre of Excellence for both the automotive and built environment sectors.
The custom-built 50,000 square foot laboratory in the West Midlands UK serves the needs of both national and international customers in the automotive, door, window and hardware sectors and plays a key role in their product development processes and improving their time to market.
Our automotive testing capability at Element Wednesbury includes interior trim, components and full vehicles for corrosion, photogrammetry, UV weathering, environmental ageing, flammability, vibration and emissions.
For the built environment sector we offer security, durability and weather testing of doors, windows and hardware.
The laboratory tests to all relevant British, European, international and OEM standards that apply within these important sectors.
Remote witnessing at Element Wednesbury
We offer remote witnessing on any test that is conducted at Element Wednesbury. It can be used by customers, accreditation, or certification bodies and regulators to evaluate Element's testing processes, procedures, equipment, documents, and data. It can be used to witness:
